HUB OF FUN AND DRINKING WELL

The small square located between Via Giovanni Lanza and Via Alerami, not far from the arch that borders the central Piazza Mazzini, is one of the most picturesque corners of Casale Monferrato.

This is the spot where Marco Ginepro, a historic restaurateur from Casale, created a hub for good food, good drinking and fun.
The historic Locanda Rossignoli 1913 and the Ca 'Del Gine are in fact his two final creations, located a short distance from each other. In the winery you can find an impressive variety of wines, grappas and liqueurs and enjoy watching the DJ sets that take place over the weekend.

A PLACE OF GASTRONOMIC DELIGHTS

In the context of the traditional cuisine from Monferrato, where veal is served with tuna in the old-fashioned way, Fassona beef tartare, braised agnolotti from Monferrato and the saddle of caramelised suckling pig are dishes that are best enjoyed with one of the  local wines, we have created an elegant furnished winery, which has become one of the reference points of the Casalese movida.
